| Course Duration | Duration of all PG courses is of two years. The courses are divided into four Semesters |
| Change of address | Any change of address and telephone number during the period of study must instantly be brought to the notice of the Directorate in writing with supporting documents. |
| Library Facility | Students can avail a well-equipped Central Library Facility by applying in a separate form along with fees as Library Caution Deposit: Rs.500/-(refundable). Library Fee [for entire academic session]: RS. 200/- |
| Cancellation | Admission is liable to be cancelled at any stage during the course of study on the following grounds : non-fulfillment of eligibility criteria revealed through scrutiny, suppression of facts, falsification, misconduct, adoption of unfair means in examinations, indiscipline and violation of rules/regulation. The decision of the CDOE will be final in this regard. Admission Cancellation fee is Rs. 300/- |
| Change of Course/Subject/Study Centre | Change of course/subject/Study Centre is not permissible after admission. |
| Change of Examination Centre | Change of Examination Centre is not generally permissible. However, application for change of Examination Centre in deserving cases may be considered by the Joint Registrar (Exam.) on remittance of requisite fee of Rs. 200/- only. |
| Refund of Fees | Fees of any kind once deposited / paid will not be refunded. |
